Custom avionics panels for experimental aircraft. We design yours together, on a call, before a single hole gets cut.

How it works

Most panel projects start with a builder describing what they want and a shop guessing at it. I'd rather skip that. We get on a call, I share my screen, and your panel gets drawn while you watch — move the audio panel, swap the switch order, see the whole thing to scale in real time. By the time we hang up you've seen your panel, not a description of it.

Then it's a fixed quote, a cut file, and a finished plate: CNC-cut aluminum, engraved labels, hardware, and the layout drawings you'll want during install.

What I build

  • Full panel design and fabrication for experimental and amateur-built aircraft.
  • Garmin G3X installations and other glass layouts, sized to your actual instrument stack.
  • Switch, breaker, and control placement worked out around your reach and scan — not around what fits easiest on a drawing.
  • Engraved plates, placards, and replacement panels for airplanes already flying.

Why I do it this way

I'm a private pilot, and I've flown behind panels laid out by people who clearly weren't. A panel is a control interface you'll use in weather, at night, with your hands full. It should be designed with the person who's going to fly it in the room.
